Kinetic study of mGFP5-LacI/NLS fluorescence in Dex-induced seedlings. Root epidermal cells of induced Arabidopsis seedlings were examined. Three seedlings from each homozygous line (EL700S, EL702C and EL702E) and three nuclei from each specimen were observed with fluorescence microscopy at 0, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 and 96 h after Dex induction.
