from the analysis (for example, NFkappaB, RANTES, interferon, vascular, MIG). (c) Associations shown in (a) disappear when occurrence values are permuted for each
of the genes, suggesting that associations made through the analysis of patterns of
term occurrence do not arise by chance from a sufficiently high number of co-occurring
terms.
