HAP4-overexpressing cells contain more mitochondrial structures with greater DASPMI fluorescence
than wild-type cells. DASPMI fluorescence of glucose-grown wild-type and HAP4-overproducing cells was compared in microscopic preparations of mixed cells. To identify
HAP4-overexpressing cells or wild-type cells in situ, microscopic preparations were analyzed in which only one of the strains was additionally
stained with CalcoFluorWhite (CFW), a dye that stains the cell wall, in particular
