Annexin A7 RT-PCR experiments. The long isoform (present in heart and brain) has an
additional 66-nucleotide exon compared to the short form. Each panel shows microarray
intensities from junction probes, normalized by edge probes, for junctions between
exons 5 and 6 (long form) and between 5 and 7 (short form). RT-PCR results show the
shorter form (lower band in each lane) and longer form. The RT-PCR reaction failed
to produce a band for salivary gland and no microarray data were available for ileocecum.
