European boost for structural genomics

Published: 16 February 2004The European Commission has given 10 million euros (approximately US $12.5 million) to the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) and over 20 partners from 9 European countries, to create BIOXHIT, a "Biocrystallography on a Highly Integrated Technology Platform" project to expedite structural genomics.
