Total RNA (20 μg) from 2-day-old seedlings (Se), 4-week-old adult plants (Pl), root-regenerated calluses (Ca), and mixed-stage flowers (Fl) was resolved in a 15% polyacrylamide/8 M urea gel for northern blot analysis.
