Positions of the 112 microinversion-harboring genes in the D. melanogaster genome. Using data from release 4.2.1 of the D. melanogaster genome assembly, the physical position of each of the 112 microinversion-harboring
genes is mapped onto the D. melanogaster chromosomes. The midpoint of each gene is used to map to chromosome. The centromeres
for chromosomes 2 and 3 are represented by filled black circles, and the positions
of microinversion-harboring genes are indicated by vertical blue lines.
