We give the probe sequences used, all qPCR results as well as the original array results to facilitate comparison. The P values of the Likelihood Ratio Test for a significant probe-sex interaction are also given. Note that for genes where only one transcript was tested, the test of the interaction between transcript and sex is not applicable (NA).
