the checkpoint mechanism required to prevent cell cycle progression into anaphase
in the presence of spindle damage. (b) A thirteen member module including members from the Set3 histone deacetylase complex
(Set3, Hos2, Snt1, Hos4, Hst1, Sif2), proteins involved in telomere silencing (Zds1,
Zds2 and Skg6), proteins related to sporulation (Spr6 and Bem3), and two other proteins
(YIL055C and Cpr1).
