Supplementary Table 1 lists the occurrence of RBR proteins in the non-redundant protein database for each subfamily and taxonomic class. Supplementary Table 2 gives the sequence pattern variability in the N-RING, IBR and C-RING of RBR domain segments among subfamilies.
