Additional files

Additional data file 1:

The first worksheet named 'genome-scale model' includes the complete reaction database along with involved genes, enzyme numbers and metabolites. The second worksheet named 'simplified model' contains the simplified metabolic model. The third worksheet named 'abbreviations' contains a list of abbreviations of the metabolites. The fourth worksheet named 'redundancy matrix' contains the redundancy matrices of the experimental data sets. The fifth worksheet named 'measured rates, balanced rates' contains a table in which the experimental set of measured rates and balanced rates is given. In addition, the results of the statistical acceptance test are given in this table. The sixth worksheet named 'calculated fluxes' contains the calculated flux distributions of both experimental data sets using the mimimum norm constraint. The seventh worksheet named 'in silico' contains the flux distributions of the in silico experiments.
