Gene prediction accuracies are shown for GeneMark.hmm, Fgenesh, and GlimmerHMM ab initio gene predictions based on an evaluation of 1058 cDNA-verified reference rice gene structures. The accuracy of EVidenceModeler (EVM) consensus predictions from combining all three ab initio predictions using equal weightings (weight = 1 for each) is also provided.
