(b) PPI network for SON DNA/RNA-binding protein identified a number of novel components. Proteins in red squares, validated in our follow-up studies, included KIAA1604, FLJ13111/CENP-T, SON, and SMU-1. The green squares represent the nuclear factor-κB proteins examined elsewhere [25].
