Arabidopsis candidate GPCRs shown to interact with GPA1 in vivo in the split-ubiquitin fusion assays are identified in bold while the sole negative result is indicated with an asterisk. Oryza and Populus candidate GPCRs that are orthologous to one of the emboldened Arabidopsis candidates are identified in italic type (see Table 5 for orthology details). GCR1 and RGS1 interaction with GPA1 in the split-ubiquitin system was previously described by Pandey and Assmann [60] and Chen et al. [20], respectively.
