combinations between the selected genomes are shown in gray; amphioxus-specific combinations
are shown in red; human-specific combinations are shown in blue; and sea urchin-specific
combinations are shown in green. Please note that to simplify the graphical representation,
Pfam clans are adopted for some Pfam domains. The CADO picture may differ slightly
when different thresholds are used, for instance, the Ig-TIR domain combination can
be found in sea urchin when using SMART domain definitions.
