Selection scan analysis. The sheet labeled mwu_turtle_go provides additional information on the enrichment of GO categories for positive selection on the western painted turtle, while the sheet labeled lrt_turtle lists all genes under positive selection on the western painted turtle lineage. All genes with nominal P values <0.05 (likelihood ratio branch-site test) are shown, and the 671 genes that were statistically significant after applying multiple testing correction (FDR <0.1) are also noted.
