Phosphorylation motifs that correlate with the responses to kinase inhibitors. Phosphopeptides showing correlation to the responses to kinase inhibitions were grouped based on these containing specific phosphorylation motifs. The intensities of phosphopeptides in these groups were then averaged and correlated with viability of cells after exposure to PI-103, MEK-i, or JAK-i. Motifs were then ranked according to their correlation to the responses to PI-103 (a), MEK-i (b), or JAK-i (c). Motifs were color-coded based on their type.
