gene expression analysis was done for plants of the split-root experiment I harvested
19 days after initial inoculation (see Figure 1). Left circles and right cycles indicate
AM-regulated genes in wild-type and nts1007, respectively, whereas overlaying areas
indicate genes that fulfill the criteria in both genotypes. Criteria for all comparisons
were >2-fold changes with P ≤0.1 for all unpaired and paired t-tests performed with dChip (n = 3). ↑: upregulated genes ↓: downregulated genes.
