These files show the relationship of physical assembly locations to
genetic and radiation hybrid maps for the Sept 5, 2000 release.
Note the large number of outliers, which results more from lack
of specificity in the placement on the assembly than any larger
problems with the assembly itself.  We recommend trimming outliers
before using these data to estimate genetic map locations of new markers
placed on the assembly.  These data can be contrasted with the June 15
release ('old' subdirectory) in which we took care to remove the data 
points with inconsistent mapping information.
