1. EU subscribers add VAT (20%) for online only subscriptions. Web payments must be made in sterling.
2. Students and doctors-in-training must provide a letter from the head of department at their institution indicating that they are undergoing full-time education. The student rate is available for a maximum of 2 years per subscriber.
